Possibly against the US.
IF the US hunts down the killers and they "resist arrest", world opinion would be strongly with us.
IF the US hunts down the killers, and along the way slaughters innocent people by the score, justifying it all as "collateral damage", world opinion will be with the innocent.
And the way things have been going, the US will be firing blindly into the Muslim world, defining "militant" by who was killed.
And that's a big part of the tragedy. If the US would use a scalpel instead of waving the scythe it could have pretty near everybody on it's side.
