Interesting that Bush's failure to take out a terrorist when given the opportunity is apparently a valid issue, but mentioning Clinton's repeated failures to do so, also after deadly attacks on this country and its interests, is partisan and irrelevant.

If Clinton was running the "war against terror", I'd be more concerned about it.
