Okay.

If Kerry had been president, he would not have attacked the camp either.

If Kerry is president in 2005, he is going to retreat, and prosecute the war on terror exactly the way Democrats have been prosecuting it for years. Talk. Make speeches. Call on the U.N. Make more speeches. If really pressed, fire some missiles. Make a few more speeches. Use the word "international" a lot.

The only difference between him and Clinton will be that he will sound smarter as he does jack shit.
