A puppet government never is. But it's a damn good way to sell the IDEA of it. You see, the masses seem hypnotized. They've lost sight of reality. The whole premise of this war is wrong.

It's "pre-emptive."
First, it WAS for WMD.
Then it was for baaad Hussein.
Then it was for democracy.

Well, giving them a taste of "freedom" while their cities burn, water, electric and medical care is poor while they're getting shot at from both sides probably isn't what they had in mind for the price we were going to make them pay.
You see, we're STILL going along with whatever this administration says...."we have to stay the course, the Iraqis deserve freedom".
But at what cost.......and WHY?

It's the oil. We won;t be giving up the oil.
And you can bet the Iraqis won't see much reconstruction for their money from the oil either.

With John Negroponte taking over Bremer's post, it will only get worse.....much worse. You need to read about his current track record using the military juntas in other countries where we have taken their sovereign goods. The people who try and rise up against the occupiers are quickly shot down or tortured by the US backed juntas.

Money IS the root of all Evil.
