What must we do to get NASA to finally offer LAUNCH-RELATED competitive prizes? No specific & binding mention of them seems to be made at:
http://www.CentennialChallenges.NASA.gov
Meanwhile, NASA claims that their prizes must be less than a quarter of a million dollars, each, in the absence of Congressional authorization expanding them. But will the pork coalition never allow it now that campaign finance reform's leaking where 527 groups are concerned, thereby sort of empowering Boeing & Lockheed to contribute the equivalent of unlimited soft money again?
