I was not aware that France gave Iraq a nuclear force in the 1970s and I can't believe they are proposing to make (who?) an Arab nuclear power.

I suppose that they are referring to the Iraqi facility that Israel destroyed and I suppose they think that doing so again will settle down Israel. Asinine!

We have destroyed it? Who the hell is "we"?

Is this a Euro version of The Onion?
