Is it "reasonable" how you profit from how the IRS violently robs entrepreneurs of over half their earnings at GUNPOINT each year? Ah, but that's somehow not even remotely violent as long as it's done to subsidize your surely important, definitely NOT pork-laden, work. Instead, it's done for some NOBLE purpose...that of enabling you to avoid having to actually earn a living like members of the productive classes whom you self-justifyingly denigrate.

Tell us something: are you inspired or scared about how government agencies such as DARPA and finally NASA are starting to offer COMPETITIVE prizes instead of mere contracts? Gosh, those who can't compete won't get paid. The NSF hasn't followed suit by offering competitive prizes and so it is scheduled for a funding decrease if Bush wins. I bet you don't like Bush do you. I publicly criticize him for being too wasteful but I bet you dislike him because well...how dare him fight for tax cuts like he did, thereby reducing the amount of IRS-related VIOLENCE that takes place to force otherwise more productive folks to support your surely NON pork-laden work. And to shake off your understandably fragile pride, you publicly attack folks not with reason, but profanities and then when one asks you if you are willing to back up those words, you predictably whine like a coward and run off, while of course pretending to feel like you've got the morally higher ground.
