Your private foundation, as you call it, has accepted government money. It still seeks it, although the cash flow will be jeopardized if competitive prizes continue to emerge within the federal government. That's no justification for your constant abusiveness though.

Meanwhile, plenty of tax leeches pat themselves on the back while paying the IRS a nominal sum each year, even as their work wouldn't be possible if it wasn't for much larger direct handouts involuntarily extracted from genuinely productive entrepreneurs AT GUNPOINT. That you say you've been offered some other jobs doesn't disprove a thing I've said, although good logic skills are never a prerequisite when tax leeches hire other tax leeches.
