Current Events » in reply to 248,000 more payroll jobs in May

Remember the 2.6 million jobs?

Bush once predicted that we would add 2.6 million jobs this year. The Left laughed their asses off.

At the end of December, 2003, there were 130,035,000 payroll jobs. At the end of May, there were 131,224,000 payroll jobs.

An increase of 1,189,000 jobs in five months. An average of 237,800 jobs a month. Do the rest of the math.

Doesn't look quite as ridiculous now, does it?
