Calling America's ending of the war with iraq 'unprovoked' is an abuse of
the language.
We finished a war Saddam had started, and we did a better job than most expected.
The distortion of the events needs to stop.
We did not start the war, we did not war against an innocent country, and we did not do it for the oil. The occupation ahs been largely successful, the new government in Iraq is coming together faster than most here thought likely or even possible.
Did America simply leave Europe to its own devices to choose forms of governemnt after WWII, as you implied earlier, or not?
