Venus, 4 degrees from the Sun

It's getting closer and closer!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bruno Chardonnens, a Swiss friend I've known since 1996, has yesterday taken this picture of Venus. We clearly see more than 180 degrees of crescent. He hopes that at one point the whole circle can be seen, perhaps today.
1/1000 a second, Canon EOS 300D.
