I could swear that I saw a speech where GWB said that the US would go it alone if need be, that if the UN wouldn't get on board then maybe the UN was irrelevant.
And now he's begging - the UN, NATO, anyone.
Do you suppose he's learned that going it alone can mean going it alone? That the ROW isn't on that hook, too. They were too smart?
