I didn't expect W to get a vote. Even though I don't think he is stupid, he is out of his league intellectually.

Not to influence any votes but I was somewhat surprised that it took a while for Jimma to pick up a few votes. I think he is the worst President in the group but from an IQ standpoint he is a pretty smart guy.

I also wonder about the votes for Ike. I grew up in his presidency and I never considered him to be a great intellect.

I tend to agree with the way the vote is going but FDR is before our time and I wonder if he was as smart as he is perceived. He probably was but how would any of them stack up in a poll with guys like Adams, Jefferson and Lincoln? There is a lot of guess work involved when you haven't lived with them.

And, being smartest doesn't always win the day. Some say Hoover was brilliant.
