I would take there intelligence seriously. Why not, it's the one thing they do well. Probably the only *smart* thing they do well when it comes to domestic and international affairs.
They build damn good rockets, but that's a different subject.
Oh, I think if the Russian's were not so weak, they would be pushing there weight around abundantly with there inteligence.
