That's right: dodge the question.

You apparently can make exceptions when it suits you. I look forward to your return to the gross oversimplification which you usually apply to human beings.

Although thank you for pointing out the difference, whether or not you intended to, between Islam and Islamic.

The former is a religion, with an associated ethical system; the Muslims I know have no trouble following their religion (though the fasting at Ramadan can be difficult) and integrating their ethics into their Western lives. This should come as no surprise: the ethics of Islam are fruit of the same tree from which the Jews and the Christians eat.

The latter, "Islamic", refers to a political system which is using a particular religion to push a political agenda. It's a fine example of what happens to religion and to political institutions when religion is used for political purposes.

Incidental point of grammar: It should be "those who have fled". "[T]hose which have fled" assumes the pronoun, "those", refers to antecedents which are objects or livestock, not people. That surely is not what you meant... oh, wait.... never mind....
