If there's an "ultimate" kind of trip for tourist, that would be a figure 8 around the moon like Verne's book.
Also like Zond 5, 6 and Apollo 13.
Not very complicated manoeuvring, one week long and an out of this world view!
The rocket could be the same as those built now for large satellites to GEO.
