If they agree with your world view, then of course you don't think they're biased. Bias can take many forms. For example, when discussing a piece of legislation, how much time do the interviewers give to Republicans compared to Democrats? Which Republicans (those known as RINO "Republicans in Name Only")? NPR is quite biased to the left. They just aren't honest enough to admit it, but then, the attitude is one of "any reasonable person should agree with us, so anyone else is out of the mainstream."
