Deja vu

Anybody notice the odd similarity between the enthusiastic fanfare greeting Moore's movie and the one that greeted the inauguration of Air America?

(Air America is currently holding forth on sixteen non-satellite stations. Rush Limbaugh went national in 1988 on 56 stations, and is currently carried on over six hundred. And they pay him, not the other way around.)
