I don't consider threats of legal action against a participant here to be the proper way to handle disputes. The Flame board is one of the alternate dispute-resolution mechanisms designed into the HabitableZone, the Community board provides another (and more civil) forum for airing disputes. The HabitableZone is a place where freedom of speech is more than an abstract principle, we practice it constantly. Thus I don't take kindly to attempts to discourage free speech, because in essence you're threatening the HabitableZone itself.
