What he is being charged of.

â€œA judge read the charges against the Butcher of Baghdad and 11 of his top lieutenants. The former Iraqi dictator is facing charges of crimes against humanity, including war crimes and genocide, for the gassing of Kurds in 1988, the 1990 invasion of Kuwait and his role in the Iraq-Iran War.â€

Whatever happens to him, it is up to the Iraqis now.
