But he was not trying to perform Genocide on the Iranians like he was with the Kurds. The Iranians he killed with his WMD were part of a war, and not Genocide.

I was posting about Saddam being charged with the Genocide attempt towards the Kurds. This has nothing to do with the Iranians he killed.

Since you brought it up, yes he did kill Iranians with gas. Just another example of Saddam's history with WMD.
