Boy Tom, you'd think you'd be rejoicing about this one. You release some guy you have to clothe, feed and cater to in prison back to the battlefield and you can blow him away. Not to mention, after you release the guy, you put CIA tails on him and he'll probably lead you to other fish to fry. Just possibly, that's exactly what happened here. Somehow I doubt our military would simply release some terrorist leader and just let him melt back into the countryside. Nah, any guys they truly felt were capable of returning to the fight, especially the potential leaders, they watched like hawks and waited for the time they rejoined their brood. Sounds like the perfect target for a Predator missile strike.
