So you are balancing your stool on a shrinking number of legs.
The claim that we are less safe now than prior to 911 seems to be without facts as well.
As to WMDs, it is true only if you are willing to redefine what WMDs in fact are. Sort of like the democratic need to keep checking on the meaning of 'is'.
