Terraforming Venus

If you could cut 100% if the Solar Radiation reaching Venus, I bet she would quickly cool.

If Venus’ air-pressure was around that of the Earth’s would it even need a Solar Shade to be habitable (or at least visitable)?

The perfect scenario, IMO, would be to remove 2 Bars of Venus 3 Bar’s worth of Nitrogen. Some could be put into the soil, and the rest could be shipped to Mars in huge tankers. Then, using Hydrogen shipped from Saturn, make water out of Venus’ CO2. The leftover Carbon could be used to build the tankers.

If it is feasible, a combination of Solar Shade and Mirrors could be used to control where and how much Sunlight reached the Earth. What humans learn from this could help us control the Earth climate. But wouold this be needed if Venus atmospheric pressure matched that of the Earth's. The Equator would be hot, but what about the Mid-lats and the polar regions? Could Earth-life adjust to a Venus day?
