I passed the Microsoft SQL design and implementation Exam today. I'm now an MCP. I just took it to help spice up the resume. Still trying to break into software testing. I know the field sounds simplistic but you have to know stuff. Hopefully the tech economy in Seattle will pick up before I have to go back to turning wrenches ;-)
