So the "cause" of hating the USA is a psychological deviation due to the failure and fall of communism? Envy and malice combined at the top of an exponential scale.

Sorry but I think this article does nothing to look at the "root cause" of the hatred- it simply describes it in a manner in which one can focus their attention on what they find so hard to comprehend - who could hate America!?
