Aside from their initial funding and, ahem, "political activites", a few questions arise concerning their market viability. Where is Tether Applications or Constellation Services International's unique patent position in any of this?:

Could a good patent searcher could find the patent application(s), or are they concealed until patent granting?

The most bizarre part of this is that some of these very same people were the ones most vocal in their complaints about government interference in the market, as it appears that their enterprise has been almost completely funded by the government (our money) during its initial startup...

Of course, it would take a real fanatic like tax leech to break out the dollar amounts, and dates, and responsible (granting) individuals, that is, after he obtained al the paperwork for the proposals and the responses and the final decisions...

Bottom line: If someone wants to pay to have themselves sent around the Moon that is their business - given the Zond experiences, they better figure in a really a good tip for their driver too -
