I don't know if you could carry 3 people in a Soyuz with the necessary modifications to make the lunar flight. When you add in the extra heat shielding, equipment, and consumables mass, you'd likely end up with a 2 seater, leaving only one seat for the paying passenger.
If you look at the vehicles used for the Zond flights, you'll see substancial differences with the current production Soyuz TMA.
