<ahref="http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/5630537/">1-month closure; leaders have accused network of biased reporting
Ali Jasim / Reuters Al-Jazeera correspondent

"Iraqi Prime Minister Iyad Allawi's announcement on Saturday at the station's bureau in a Baghdad hotel, which will be closed for one month."

Biased reporting, indeed. I doubt the puppet regime will close Fox's bureau for one day, even, and everyone acknowledges they are biased.

Such are conservative politics - it's not reality that matters, it just shouldn't be reported.

A very poor way to start a democracy, isn't it. Freedom of the press is essential.

Must be the Bush administration doesn't really want democracy, or care about the will of the Iraqi people.
