One of the family members made a good point...
If Terry Nichols can take part in the murder of over 160 people and not get the death penalty, how can anyone else be sentenced to death for killing only a single person. It wouldn't surprise me if this argument is made in future death penalty cases, at least in Oklahoma.
Maybe they should release Nichols into the general prison population (in Oklahoma) and let them handle it. No, that would be wrong, wouldn't it?
