The current "Fair and Balanced" dust-up concerns a network that asserts itself seriously to be fair and balanced. Fox could probably make it go away by putting "as" in front of its motto and "as ever" at the end.

Compare this to the embarrassing spectacle of O'Reilly and Fox suing Al Franken over an obvious parody, Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them: A Fair and Balanced Look at the Right. Not only was it a ridiculous lawsuit on a couple of levels, but it gave Franken the kind of publicity that money can't buy!
