BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. - "President Bush (news - web sites) is refusing to condemn an ad that criticizes rival John Kerry (news - web sites)'s Vietnam war record, even though the president's campaign partner this week, Sen. John McCain (news, bio, voting record), urged the White House to do so."

Someone has to be responsible for his campaign, maybe him? Or where does the buck stop in this administration? That's not a bad question.
