This is about all I know of that was released: (From the Kerry/Edwards website) "
As he was about to graduate from Yale, John Kerry volunteered to serve in Vietnam. His leadership, courage, and sacrifice earned him a Silver Star, a Bronze Star with Combat V, and three Purple Hearts. In Vietnam, John Kerry saw the lives of his fellow soldiers put at risk because some leaders in Washington were making bad decisions."
whats missing is the reports that led to the above medals...Did Kerry himself write them? Also, do they issue "a Bronze Star with Combat V"? Isn't Combat pretty much a given in any Bronze Star? Sounds a little bit like Resume puffing is going on even in the simple statement above...
Anybody know more on this subject?
