Bush got his (secret) Purple Heart when some piss-ant Squid stole his hat while under intense fire from elements of the Khemer Rouge during an illegal mission deep into Cambodian Territory sometime around Christmas of 1968, although it could have been January or March of 1969...He's not 100% sure of the date, but President Nixon accompanied him on several missions in '69 and it might have been during one of those missions.
