My guess is that the W. Bush election teams are going through Kerry's prosecutorial record with a fine tooth comb looking for errors and mistakes - without too much trouble you can probably find one or two of their researchers at the Library of Congress going through old newspapers - certainly the staff at the service desks could point them out to you, if you knew them well enough...
I have little doubt that they will have Kerry in favor of child molestation, rape, and cocaine smuggling by the time of the election - my guess is that they will use that attack shortly before the election -
In as much as Kerry is also a "product of his generation", (ahem), you can be sure that marijauna and cocaine were around as party drugs, even if he himself did not use them, or only "experimented" - I look for that attack to come along shortly -
Ah, yes, anything but the issues...
How ever the election goes, one thing which you may be certain of is that we will have a "damaged" individual entering office, one less able to represent the US internationally, one less able to form a consensus to deal with the problems facing our country.
