If you bring up the fact that any spacecraft sent to Mars has RHUs and that they seemed uninterested in protesting these small quantities of Plutonium and the anti-nuke crowd just sputter and spit.
The Russians have several reactors orbiting Earth and plenty of nuclear submarines sitting at the bottom of sea. No worries there though.
