I wonder if the Ukrainian authorities are patroling the radioactive perimeter
to keep out suicide-minded Chechen terorists who might drive into the zone
in a beat-up Lada; scoop up a 100 kilos of highly radioactive debris; and drive
off to make themselves [and their Al Qaeda allies] a couple of dirty bombs?
