This is before the RNC bounce, assuming there is one. I suspect there are still plenty of awkward facts about Kerry that can be brought out in a timely manner. The Democrats will trot out Abu Ghraib again but it won't work (it's yesterday's news and already factored in). Assuming Sadr can be removed cleanly and Osama doesn't get lucky, Bush should start moving ahead to a clear victory.
