If my freinds and I want to put together a political advertisement for or against a particular candidate why can't we?
If political speech is truely "free", then why do we need to register as a PAC, 527, or other group, higher a bunch of lawyers to make sure were not violating some vague election law, and then subject ourselves to a 60 day blackout before the election.
Think about it...The whole concept runs contrary to the freedom of POLITICAL speech. But the left has sold us all down the river because its "unfair" that the rich and successful can exert greater infuence in these ways.
So we pretend that we have freedom of speech. Freedom of the Press. Etc...

I'll take it a step further...Why should a group of individuals need to register as a 527?
