The Swiftboat Vets just released their third ad. This one directly contradicts the "None of them served on Kerry's boat" lie. I saw it earlier today but their website appears to be saturated right now.

I've heard they have ads planned for September and October. That would be within the 60 day prohibition under McCain-Feingold. My guess is that they plan on putting the ads on the Internet instead of radio and TV stations. Given the international nature of the Internet, I don't see any practical way to stop these ads any more than stupid attempts to stop SPAM or porn can be stopped by US legislation.
