TB is right, I'm insecure.
I do like to be prepared for whatever is likely to occur, That went for backpacking, too.
My goal is to have something in which I could be stuck or choose to be gone for 10 days and still have heat, water, and power if I didn't drive too far. I didn't mention the computer and monitor, as I'd like to go to Death Valley or one of the Canadian parks and sit and write. I'll post an example, I can't remember if I have or not.
And the tablet has moved back onto the budget if it's able to access everything which is in the cloud from the computer. Good idea.
If I could afford the fuel, TB, that would be it. Period..
