the Clinton Administration routinely took actions that would make the ROW think that it was unfair that the United States had too much of a super power status.
It goes back to the foolish notion that a "multi-polar" world would be better than a "uni-poler" or "bi-polar" geoploitical world. She was a moron. If the Clinton Administration would have exercised some of the power that the US possessed, we could have started the war on terror much sooner than 9/11/2001.
