There's a new article on this at the ACLU site. Note that unlike the original Bush surveillance, between U.S. and foreign sites, these all seem to be domestic.
I remember posting this article too.
But outside of the ACLU and a few others, nobody else cares. You won't see stories on this in the Washington Post. The President is a Democrat.
