There were postings on this prediction last spring. The scientists themselves set the time frame for their prediction, which ends soon. Watch it happen the day after. In which case, is their prediction a failure?

I was going to post the link to that old discussion on the day it expired. I don't have the link at hand 'cause I'm on the road with the laptop and all my bookmarks are back at comand central. Don't have the time right now to look it up.

As far as the 50/50 thing goes, who knows. I'm surprised with each passing day that there isn't a big quake in California.
