if he just shows enough sense to use it. We'll see.

War is not cheap. W Bush asked his advisors about rescinding the tax cut to pay for it, but in the usual way they convinced him not to.

It's just like Nixon in Vietnam, where he shafted the veterans trying to keep the war cheap.

The people who are serving now deserve way more than red tape meant to keep this war cheap.
