It was a dig at Chris, Bowser, and company. They've been caught posting half-truths and outright lies several times.

I do care about truth and accuracy. My job and my values demand it, even when it goes against politicians I favor. That's why I criticized Bush for things like signing the McCain-Feingold Campaign Finance Reform bill, the steel tariffs, and excessive spending. Do I agree with Bush on everything? Certainly not. Fact is, I don't agree with anyone, even my wife, on everything. I agree on most things, and the most important things, but not everything.

Care to show me the equivalent from Chris, et. al. about Kerry?
