Here's a new symptom...
Was using the computer, and noticed that my toolbars have disappeared from my Windows Explorer windows. Alt-V does not bring up the menu that controls them either, although it works in Internet Explorer. What gives? Makes it real hard to navigate through my disk.
Am running diagnostics now, but if this is a virus or adware, it's a new one on me. I've seen ones that add toolbars, but not that make the standard one disappear.
