Gak! I can't fix it!
If I open a folder using the "explore" tab instead of just "open" or double clicking, the toolbar is there. Otherwise, not.
Thought I might be stuck in some kind of "kiosk" mode but I can't try toggling that. No F11 key. Something is corrupted in my settings, and I don't know what.
