That's much too easy
Alan Keyes is an embarrassment. He used to be the darling of American conservatives because he was both black and conservative. And I actually enjoyed listening to the man speak, even as I disagreed with his politics. But, he has since gone off the deep end completely.
The only thing I can figure out is that Alan Keyes entrance into the Illinois Senate race must be a clever conspiracy by MoveOn.org.
He's your man Tom. You got 'em. You're stuck with explaining it rationally to people. :-)
