The Clinton Administration had no idea how to deal with the terrorist threat. They had numerous opportunities to change the course of foriegn policy to better deal with terrorism.

Unfortunatly Bush's first and only opportunity to change how we deal with the terrorist problem arrived on 9/11.

Now Kerry says Clinton's policy was right. Nevermind the events of 9/11 Bush's terrorist policy is wrong.

Kerry wants to return to the do-nothing policies of Clinton: Lets stick our heads in the ground and pretend the problem will go away.

Bush takes us forward. Kerry wants to send us backward.
